Comments: I had a massive tree that needed removing and had several quotes that were very high and I had a really hard time getting them out when they said they would show. I reached out to Karol's Tree Service on Angi and got an immediate call from Nelson. He gave me a very fair deal on the price and was able to get the job done within a week. The crew was professional and did an exceptional job and I was very surprised at how well they cleaned up my yard after getting the tree down. They also ground the stump which most companies will charge you an additional fee for that service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for tree services.

This left a HUGE pile of wood shavings/chips in which they left. Not sure what I am going to do with all of that.

Comments: This is a highly professional family owned business. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. We got 5 quotes all from Home Advisor and they were reasonably priced. We had 4 out of 10 large trees cut down and removed. These large trees next to the house with big limbs growing over the roof. They were removed without any problems. There clean up was great. They actually left the front yard cleaner than they found it. We will definitely use them again if we have to thin out more trees.

Comments: The first initial contact and meeting was quick and efficient. They missed the first scheduled appointment I waited a week to hear from them, had to contact them myself. They didn't realized I had been missed. We made another appointment and they missed that one too, blamed it on the weather. I called them on Monday to reschedule again they came out first thing Tuesday morning and did an awesome job! The two guys that showed up were very professional, work hard, cleaned up very well. They were also very nice and polite and worked with me on the shaping of the trees. With the heavy truck using the hydraulic stabilizers they cracked a small piece on the side of the concrete driveway. I sent a picture and comment to the main guy who set up the appointment at the very beginning, still have not had a reply and it's been a week. So I fixed it myself for $10 and a little time. They negotiated the price and the final outcome was great ! Other than the communication and lack of customer service skills I would hire them again. Thank you, Erik

Comments: Outstanding Service! The representative showed up on time for the initial appointment. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The work was scheduled within one week. We have a huge tree that is very important to our backyard landscape. It is within 15 - 20 feet of a freestanding shop and our house. The tree needed a good trim in order to maintain its health and prevent damage to the structures. Four tree trimmers came on time to perform the work with all the appropriate equipment. They worked quickly and didn't disturb any of our shrubs and flowers near the tree. They cleaned up all the debris afterward. It looked like the yard had been vacuumed! I recommend Karol's wholeheartedly!!!!

Comments: Two men arrived on time and worked at a steady and constant pace for over six hours. They only took short break for lunch. They trimmed the limbs of my trees including one limb that was hanging above the roof of my home and had to be carefully removed. They loaded all of the tree limbs they had cut in their truck so that they could dispose of it in a proper place. They even picked up any debris that had fallen into the street. Their work exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to any one who needs any kind of service for their trees.

The owner came out next day and gave me a quote for cutting down a large sycamore tree, grinding roots and stump, trimming a Bradford pear tree and Maple tree and removing a dead bush. He was cheaper than another bid I received so I hired his company. Called to tell him at which time he gave me a date for removal. His men arrived around l0:00 a.m. and completed all work by 5:30 p.m. All debree was cleaned up and removed. I would highly recommend them to anyone for tree removal and trimming. His men were courteous and great workers. Did an excellent job. My neighbor was highly impressed with their workf.
